WOW! What more can I say...
Okay... so there's alot more I can say. First, a funny story. So Dave invites me to go hiking considering he lives in the Gorge.
So I go and would you believe it, I get iced in! Even if I wanted to go home... I couldn't because the roads were iced! So to make the most of the day, we went hiking anyway. Luckily, we were able to hike our way through to Latourell Falls. Now here's the best part... it was iced over! Just gorgeous! Since the water splashes, it freezes onto the surrounding bridges, plants, and side of the mountain. Truly, a sight to see. Now here's a picture of me at Latourell Falls. Don't you dare laugh... I had to roll up my jeans and wear tennis shoes (no boots)!

THEN... last weekend... my friend Nancy took me to Multnomah Falls. Wow! Breathtaking.
Here's the deal on this trip... I wasn't prepared to go to a waterfall! We had just finished having breakfast when she tells me she wants to take me somewhere. Well, I was wearing only a sweater and some khaki pants. Next thing I know, we're checking out the view from Vista house then on to Multnomah Falls. Thankfully, she let me borrow her dad's coat and we walked up to the Falls. Since I wasnt' prepared with the proper attire, we didn't go to the second level. That's on the agenda for the next trip to Multnomah. Here is the picture from Multnomah... CAUTION: I'm wearing a HUGE jacket (that doesn't belong to me) and it makes me look 300 pounds heavier!
